The Natural Leaders Training Academy is an opportunity for parents and staff to learn about equitable family engagement and the importance of honoring family voice.

Topics covered include:

• How to get a Natural Leaders team started at your school.
• Staff and family collaboration while centering family voice.
• Establishing Trust, Recognizing Strengths, Communicating Effectively, and Showing Encouragement.

Spanish interpretation will be available during live sessions. Materials are available in 7 languages.
